4. CV ( with 4 photograph )
5. Attested Academic Documents (SSC , HSC , Current Year Mark Sheet Colour
Print )
6. ID Card ( Photocopy Colour Print )
7. NOC from University ( original Documents with stamp & signature )
8. Visa application form completely filled out
9. 4 *6 cm photograph of the applicant
10.Recommendation letter addressed
11.Bank Statement of students or Joint with parents for the last 6 month and
Bank balance of minimum 500 USD , with Bank manager sign and stamp
( Original documents )
12.Medical certificate stating students do not suffer from aids or any other
contagious diseases.
13.Tripartite agreement We will send format and to be signed by students and
Head of University with letter head
14.Insurance Medical certificate
15.Repatriation statement letter from parent
