EVENT LOGISTICS/SET-UP
F WING

Graffiti board (I smile when)

o Posters will be set up, and students fill in the blanks with what
makes them smile
o Staple the posters to the foam boards
o Easels are rented from Hahn and will be delivered between 9-
9:30
Free massages by Joanna from the Wellness Centre
o Massage table needs to be picked up the morning of the event
(between 9-9:30)
o 5 minute massages
Free Tea
o Tea is already at the campus
o Set up urn with hot water (using ABC Rental Urn)
E WING

Service dogs from National Service Dogs- up to 12 throughout the day

rotating through, 2 to 3 at a time
o Payment required on the day of the event (cheque has been
made)
Counselling Services will have a table to discuss their services
One table for CSI Communications
Reiki healing performed by Christine Ball
o She is bringing her own massage chair to use
o Payment required the day of the event (cheque has been made)
Give a compliment. Take a compliment board
o Sticky notes will be there so students can add a compliment to
the board, or take a compliment
o Staple the poster to the foam board, and then have blank foam
boards for notes

THE VENUE

Smile Cookie Decorating station

Set up two 6 ft tables in front of the stage for cookie
decorating
Chartwells will be providing the cookies (125)
Icing & candy for decorating will be purchased prior to the
event
Plastic table cloth on the tables
One table beside the cookie decorating station for CSI Communications
AMMA Yoga will be running meditation and yoga at the back of the
Venue
o Cofffee tables and chairs will need to be moved into the Den
stairs
o Payment has been mailed
Oxygen bar
o At the back of the Venue

o Payment required on the day of the event (cheque has been
made)
