Peer observations and feedbacks

Reflection:

The observation was needed to improve my performance before I do my first MCT observation,
because as more as I get feedbacks I will learn how to do better in the next sessions. I felt proud of my
performance and happy that I implemented all elements needed, me and my colleague understood the
importance of sharing the areas of development and strength. In addition, my colleague mentioned in
the suggestions that I need to do more encouraging questions and I see it a good point that I must focus
on. Overall, student teachers and teachers themselves will always need someone to observe them,
because it is the only way to see where they need to develop. My colleague was looking at me with a
smile in the observation which made me more confident, and it was a very nice one!

The peer observations are a way that leads to success, because the peer will surely tell every
negative thing done in the session. It was a useful thing that we chatted about the learning and
how it could be better by sharing our ideas, and I agreed on the feedback because it will improve
my performance. It was a great session that I did well in, and I'm looking forward to follow my
friend's feedback to be a better teacher.
