8. SPRAY A Clean ventilation/exhaust system.
BOOTH B Clean water tank. Re-fill with fresh clean water.
C Check for serviceability of fans, power sources, and
filtration equipments. Check for proper operation of
ventilation and exhaust system.
D Check for serviceability of fire protection equipments.
E Check all pipings and their connections for leakage.
F Check for proper earthing and bonding of all
equipments before operation.
G Check water pumps for leakage during operation.
9. GRIT BLAST A Check foot switch for smooth operation
B Check air regulator, pressure gage and exhaust valve
M/C for smooth operation.
C Check air filter for any blockage.
D Check orifice of abrasive mixing tube against wear.
E Check rubber linings of cabin walls.
