SPEX 2013 TURNAROUND - SIS MIGRATION PROJECT

This project is about replacing the Yokogawa ProSafe-PLC to new DeltaV SIS System for Malampaya
Shallow-Water Platform (MSWP) in Palawan, Philippines. I am assigned as the PICWS (Person-in-Charge
at Work Site) to some activities of this project. A PICWS is responsible for the safety of the workers and to
ensure that all work carried out is completed in a safe, controlled and approved manner. A work permit is
needed before work can start.
