Read the story and answer the questions that follow:
At a rest stop, I went toyou know DROP A LOADWeee!!!! I was barely
sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying: Hi, how are you?
Im not the type to start a conversation in the mens restroom at a real stop
but, I dont know what got into me, so I answered, somewhat embarrassed, Doin
just fine
And the other guys says: So what are you up to?
What kind of question is that? At that point, Im thinking this is too bizarre so I
say so I say: Uhhh Im like you, just traveling east!
At this point I am trying to get out as fast as I can when I hear another
question.
Can I come over to your place after a while?
Ok, this question is just wacky but I figured I could just be polite and end the
conversation.
I tell him, Well, I have company over so today is a bad day for me!
Then I hear the guy say nervouslyListen Tito, Ill have to call you back.
Theres an idiot in the other stall who keeps answering all my questions!

Elements of the Story

The story happened inside a mens restroom; It happened
maybe during the day, the weather conditions are not
indicated but the narrating character somewhat gave the
SETTING
readers at the beginning a feeling of relief that he had
responded to the call of nature but at the turn of events,
he somewhat felt embarrassed.
The story began with a man who went in a mens restroom
to urinate. After a while, he thought that the other men
had initiated a conversation with him. Despite feeling
weird, he answered some of the other mans questions
PLOT
until he had to find a way to end the conversation. At the
end, I think it can be implied that the man felt
embarrassed because he wasnt the one that the other
man is talking to but instead its the uncle on the phone.
I think the conflict started with the main character thought
that a stranger (other man) is trying to ask him bizarre
CONFLICT questions. The type of conflict is either Man to Man
because the conflict revolves around the two men inside a
mens restroom.
CHARACTERS Two men; The uncle of the other man on the phone
The story is told in the First Person Point of view because of
POINT OF VIEW
