Introduction
TV SD is proud to partner the German Investment & Development Corporation (DEG) for the second
time to promote green business practices in Indonesia. Fully funded by TV SD and DEG, the 15-
month TV SD and DEG Triple-C (C-Dialogue Competence Competitive) Green Business Training
Program aims to help local textile companies explore green business practices and save costs
without compromising on quality, while protecting the environment, preventing pollution, reducing
wastage and energy consumption.

Praveen Tekchandhani
Assistant Vice President, Auditing Centre
TV SD ASEAN
Mr. Praveen Tekchandani is the Assistant Vice President and Auditor for environmental
products namely Energy Management System, Green DC, Carbon Footprint, CDM, EMS &
CSR in TV SD PSB Singapore. Praveen is also responsible for the environmental product
development in ASEAN region. He has carried out many Energy & GHG assessments,
validation & verification projects in various sectors like renewable energy, energy efficiency
in manufacturing sector as well as the infrastructure sector & cement in South East Asia &
India). He is also a qualified trainer for Energy & carbon footprint courses.

Subramaniam Vairavan
Manager, Inspection and Failure Analysis
TV SD ASEAN
Mr. Subramaniam Vairavan is currently Manager for Inspection and Failure Analysis at TV
SD PSB in Singapore. His experience spans across Design Engineering, Construction,
Project Management, Risk Assessment, Inspection and Business Development in the fields of
Power (Hydro, Combined Cycle, Thermal) Plant, Oil & Gas, Paper Mill. He has a Chemical
Engineering Bachelor degree from University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. He is also a
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).

Tan Lee Heng

Assistant Vice President, Electrical and Electronic Centre
TV SD ASEAN
Mr. Tan Lee Heng is the Assistant Vice President of TV SD PSB's Electrical & Electronics
Centre and has 27 years of working experience in the Environmental and Reliability testing
industry. He is the technical lead for Solar PV power plant and PV module/BOS components
testing, system design review, consultancy, testing and commissioning and e-Mobility. He
continues to work closely with a wide customer base in contract testing programs. He is a
qualified EMA licensed electric worker, WDA certified PV plant specialist and also a
technical assessor to the Singapore Accreditation Council for the environmental and
reliability testing area.

Goh Yoke Mun
Technical and Business Development Executive Engineer

TV SD PSB Singapore
Ms. Goh is responsible for testing on PV systems of major Photovoltaic projects. She is
also responsible in developing new testing services and capabilities in Photovoltaic (PV)
and Electrical Vehicle (EV) industry. She has carried out many PV plants site surveys,
testing commissioning and seminar training work with involvement in more than 100MW
of solar PV plant and rooftop within ASEAN region.

Dr. Pushkala Lakshmi Ratan

Vice President, Industry Service and Renewable Energy
TV SD Indonesia
Dr. Ratan has been in the field of renewable energy for the last 13 years. Her expertise
spans across technical services, finance, economics, regulation and policy. She has worked
extensively on projects in the U.S., Europe, China, India, South Korea, Japan and South
East Asia. Dr. Ratan has a Masters from The American University in Washington DC and a
PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. She has published several articles
and papers and has presented at various business and academic conferences on
renewable energy.

Ichsan Septiawan
Energy Auditor, Industrial Services
TV SD Indonesia
Mr. Setiawan is an energy auditor for Industrial Services in TV SD Indonesia. He works
in the energy sector already since more than 5 years, and has carried out numerous energy
audit projects around Indonesia. He is responsible for electrical energy assessments and
monitoring.

Editya Gallant
Energy Auditor, Industrial Services
TV SD Indonesia
Mr. Gallant is responsible in performing energy audits especially in the textile industry. He
has experience in many projects such as Energy Audits and Renewable Energy in
Indonesia. His expertise includes capacity building and energy saving solutions.
