Completed the Apple Teacher professional learning program by taking tests on Mac, Pages, Keynote, Numbers, iMovie,
Garageband, Productivity, and Creativity for Mac that demonstrate mastery of Apple product and program integration and
innovation in education.
Obtained a Google Certified Educator Level 1 certification by completing training modules and an exam that challenged my
understanding and application of the Google Apps for Education (Docs, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Forms, Classroom and Sheets).
Ensured student, faculty, and administration computers were operating efficiently by responding to email requests for classroom
assistance and helping all who came to the help desk troubleshoot device symptoms.
Monitored inventory of campus devices by logging daily loaners and sending devices to Apple Care for repairs.
