KNOW ALL MEN BY BTHESE PRESENTS:

This DEED ,made and executed on this ______________________ at Malaybalay

City,Bukidnon,Philippines,by and between Seller-ANTONIO S. BARTOLOME,of legal age
,Filipino citizen and a resident of Malaybalay City,Bukidnon and for and in consideration of the
sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 500,000.00),Phillipine currency,receipt of
which in full and to my entire and full satisfaction and is hereby acknowledged,hereby
SELLS,TRANSFERS,CEDES and CONVEYS by way of absolute and irrevocable sale in favor
of Buyer-ALFREDO C. LAYOS of legal age,Filipino citizen and a resident of
kalasungay,Malaybalay City ,Bukidnon, the possession and ownership of a portion of ONE
THOUSAND (1,000) SQUARE METERS more or less, from a parcel of land embraced by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-97310-A which is hereunder more particularly described, to
wit:

A parcel of land ,Lot No. 1203-D, Csd-101312-008622-D,situated in the barrio of Patpat,

Mun. of Malaybalay,Prov. of Bukidnon ,Island of Mindanao.Bounded on the N.,along line 1-2 by
National Highway ,on the line 3-4 by Pal-ing Creek; on the W., along line 4-1 by Lot 1190 , Csd-
864.Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan being N. 53 deg. 52W.,6,350.42 m. from
BLLM No. 1 Csd-864,Malaybalay Cad.Containing an area of FORTY THREE THOUSAND
THREE (43,003) square meters,more or less.

That,the Buyer has offered to buy a portion of ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SQUARE METERS
from the Seller and the latter by virtue of these presents has agreed to sell the same portion together with
all the improvemnets found thereat;

That,Seller warrants and guarantees unto Buyer ,the peaceful possession and enjoyment over the
said portion of 1,000 square meters and that the same is free and clear from all liens and encumbrances of
any kind whatsoever ;
