As a Business Designer and Project Manager, I advise and coach various start-ups, SMEs and corporate helping them
in their product innovation and in their growth strategies. Business Value Design is a Lean Design Innovation Agency
and our mission is to help organisations innovate and grow. We offer consulting services to help start-ups, SMEs and
corporate on bringing new concepts to market. We also catalyse innovation in your company through workshops and
innovation games. Our innovation process uses a rigorous risk management approach through experimentation, fast
learning and data analysis.

Co-creator and Chief Operating Officer (Freelance) Serious Funding 09/2015 to 04/2017

Serious Funding is an initiative of Allyum Lab in collaboration with Business Value Design. Serious Funding is a
matchmaking platform between entrepreneurs and smart investors and our mission is to make startup funding fast and
serious. As a COO, Im currently responsible for the design of our solution and for the customer development process.

Scientific Collaborator - Solvay Brussels School (ULB) 09/2012 Till Now

As a scientific collaborator of Professor Olivier Witmeur, I coached approximatively 20 groups of students per year in
their entrepreneurship projects that were a key element in their final grade. The course content is the following: Design

Consultant in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Solvay Entrepreneurs 09/2012 to 08/2014

Solvay Entrepreneurs gives advice and training in order to help entrepreneurs to build their own company. As a
Consultant in Entrepreneurship, I was involved in coaching for more than 100 projects in or around Brussels with the
help of entrepreneurship experts. I was also in charge of the Small Business Consult which offers consulting services to
Brussels SMEs using Prince 2 and Agile Methodology. I have been also implicated in several internal projects related

Consultant in Finance and Project Management, Intys Consulting 12/2010 to 07/2012

Intys Consulting is a fast leading operational consultancy firm based in Belgium. As a Consultant in Finance, IT and
Project Management, I participated to the Change Management study with a focus on Activity Time Registration in a
Belgian Rail Road Factory. The mission before that concerned the integration of a new IT accounting system for a major
financial institution based in Brussels.

Fixed Income Fund Manager, Bank Degroof 06/2008 to 06/2010

Bank Degroof is one of the leading Private Banks in Belgium. I was part of a team of three overseeing Degroofs fixed
income funds. Selected in Degroofs Quantitative Team (awarded to 10% of banks Fund Managers), developed various
econometrical models to support investment decisions. My other responsibilities included creation of funds, management
of internal customers, and improvement of fixed income fund management tools. I spent the first year across corporate
and government bonds and the second on leading Degroofs interests in European sovereign debt funds. Under the teams
tenure, Fixed Income AUM (Assets Under Management) increased from 1bn in 2008 to 2bn in 2010.

Financial Analyst, Delcap Asset Management 12/2007 to 05/2008

Five months trainee in a third-party marketer for hedge funds. Main responsibility consisted in creating a fund of hedge
funds, by selecting the optimal mean-variance portfolio through Markowitz optimization. Other responsibilities included
corporate valuation for proprietary trading.
