improvement programs for employees. Available to work in weekends.

SELECTION REPORT
The applicant were chosen by comparison between their resumes and the
requirements of the owners and manager, and also taking in to account the
needs of the company. Then they were schedule for a personal interview in
which the panel prepared some questions before and depending on the answer,
the person get a weight and score. With this results the panel choose the ideal
candidate and present it to the owners. With the decision made it. We will
contact the successful applicant by an offer letter and acknowledgement of
application to the unsuccessful applicants. The company also will send an
internal email with this information. Finally the applicant will sign the contract
and will start the induction process.
The panel recommends Raj Mukherjee for the following reasons:

- Long experience working as caf manager role. And also because he has
