Steps for Scratch Aquarium


1. Open up http//:www.scratch.mit.edu - create new.
2. Delete the cat by choosing the scissors
3. New backdrop, underwater, underwater 2
4. New sprite icon. Choose 5 underwater sprites by clicking on them.

5. Move your sprites into place on your backdrop.
6. Use the shrink tool to make the sprites a more suitable size.
7. Select a sprite, choose move 10 steps, choose if on edge, forever loop.
8. Change 10 steps to 2 steps to slow him down.
9. Green flag icon
10. Copy (stamp icon) into all the other sprites
11. Press green flag to test their movement
12. Select each sprite by pressing the I button and experiment with different angles and move them into
different angles.
13. Click sound, x the meow. Click new sound button, choose bubbles.
14. Highlight the sound bar, press on louder.
15. Play sound bubbles, forever, repeat 1, green flag to start.
16. Select shark sprite, keep costume 1 and 2
17. Click on looks, choose next costume, wait 1 second, forever, green flag click
18. Do the same for the octopus of you have one.
19. Click on the big screen to view your aquarium.
20. Experiment time.
