students showing them some of the activities working with place
values. Doing demonstration the teacher should be asking the
students questions like:
- How many sets of 10s do I need to create this number?
- What place is the number 6 in?
- How many single blocks do I need to complete the number?
- What number do you create when you add 600+40+8?
Once the teacher(s) believe that the students are capable to work
on the activity themselves.
