Approach to Tailoring

Various environments such as programme environment, commercial customer/supplier environments


affect the projects. Customisation needs to be done for different types of projects with different
project scales. The five steps of tailoring process are as follows:

Applying PRINCE2

PRINCE2 methodology can be tailored if the project is a part of a program.
