Ensure that availability of Funds in the Bank and
maintain liquidity
Maintain of statistics on credit customers & Suppliers,
Reconcile all credit reviews, Review Age wise Analysis
& fixing credit list
Maintains and balances Banks & subsidiary accounts
by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling
transactions; resolving discrepancies
Prepare inventory ledger, Stock Register and physical
stock verification
Manage employee related calculations including Pay
roll , Gratuity, Leave salary, Bonus & other staff

& amortization, prepaid expenses, and recording of
