STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

Safety violation is the major problem in the manufacturing industries .In order to
analyse the safety violation policies and procedure to reduce the industrial
accidents, maintaining industrial discipline among the employees inside the plant
For this company we need to analyse zero injury and consequence progressive
measures for safety violation activity
Primary objectives
To find out the company safety violation measures to avoid industrial accidents and
maintain industrial harmony.

Secondary objectives
To avoid industrial safety violation among employees in their work place
To find out cardinal violation inside the factory and find out its reason and measures
To find out serious violation inside the work place
To find out minor violation nearby machinery and among with their employees
To assure the safety of plants and machinery and to promote environmental safety
To ensure better action or follow up to avoid further safety violations

Qualitative Methods Quantitative Methods

Methods include focus groups, in- Surveys, structured interviews &
depth interviews, and reviews of observations, and reviews of records or
documents for types of themes documents for numeric information
Methodological triangulation
Methodological triangulation involves the use of multiple qualitative and/or
quantitative methods to study the program
For example, results from surveys, focus groups, and interviews could be
compared to see if similar results are being found

 ABSTRACT

The project works entitle A STUDY ON SATERY VIOLATION AND

PROGRESSIVE CONSEQUENCE MANAGEMENT IN HINDUSTAN COCO COLA
BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED, NEMAM is mainly conducted to determine the safety
violation and progressive consequence occurs in the plant

With the above aim, the research has taken the HINDUSTAN COCO COLA
BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED, NEMAM for conducting this study. The research has
selected a sample of 110 employees in production& shipping, 4 Human resource officer and 1
safety officer in Nemam plant.

The methodology selected for the study is Triangulation in nature. In this research
quantitative and qualitative analysis will be done .The data was collected using questionnaire
method from the employees, observation method and from secondary data. The employees was
selected on the basis of simple random sampling. The collected data were analysed with various
advanced statistical tools namely percentage analysis, chi-square analysis, one sample run test,
correlation coefficient.

After the analysis, the results were tabulated ad interpreted and came out with
recommendations most appropriate for the organization. Depending upon the survey several
findings and suggestions were given to the company.
