Unit Summary:

This unit is focused on the foundations of football, stretching, and the core. This focus helps you understand
concepts and techniques that are useful all around for most sports. The lessons and activities have helped
the student comprehend how to perform a technique and the importance of proper instruction. The skills
learned will help the student identify other skills from other sports due to similarities and similar concepts.
The student will be able to properly apply all they have learned in this unit for other sports and be successful.
