Catholicism came from Judea the modern day Israel, a part of the Roman Empire. Catholicism
originated in about A.D. 30. The Christian community was founded by Jesus Christ and his
faithful group of disciples.
The Holy Book of Catholicism is the Bible. The Bible breaks down into the Old Testament and
the New Testament. In both the Old Testament and the New Testament they have multiple
books within them.
Some Holy Cities in Catholicism are St. Peters Square, Vatican City and the Temple Mount in
Jerusalem. There are many Holy cities in Catholicism, but these are the main places.
There are multiple Holy Days in Catholicism. The main Holy days are January 1, solemnity of
Mary, Mother of God; November 1, All Saints Day; and December 25, Christmas or Jesus
Birthday.
