CHAPTER ONE

In this chapter Clay receives a box with 13 cassettes recorded by Hannah in which
it counts the reasons in why she decided to commit suicide. At the beginning of the
chapter of the demonstration as it was known this Clay and this Hannah who
according to what this Clay began a work in the same cinema in which this Hannah
worked what when they were when East Clay went to the market to the cinema in
Her bike with his helmet at that time this Hannah gave him the helmet nickname.
After this Clay arrives at his house he sees that a package arrived in which when
he opened it he saw that they were some cassettes where to be able to listen them
was by the recorder of his dad to be able to listen it, but he broke it so it was with
his Friend Toni and you can say that theft of your walkman to be able to listen to
the cassetts. When playing the first cassette, this Hannah begins to say that the
main reason she committed suicide was the ex-boyfriend of his best friend Cat who
moved out of the city, this is called Justin who when he left he took a photo or so
Obscene and sees the whole school ruled for what ruined their reputation and
everyone started calling it easy girl and all that
CHAPTER TWO

In this chapter Clay starts listening to the other side of the cassette where he says
the second reason he committed suicide which says or explains

Hannah becomes a friend of Jessica and I start in a cafe, a little of her life, after a
time before a boy named Alex who recently has stopped moving to the city and
stay watching the 2 Friends, and they decide to go to greet him and eventually they
become better friends the 3 and always after the classes went to the caf to tell
stories of their lives. Eventually this Alex stopped attending the cafeteria and after
more time Jessica also stopped attending and the reason she stopped going that
the 2 started coming out. Jessica and Hannah start arguing because Alex and
Jessica are done, Jessica hits Hannah because she thought it was fault because of
the fact that they were done. The people on the tapes try to get closer to the clay,
since they did not want Clay to start telling others about the tapes and that caused
them problems
CHAPTER THREE

In this chapter this Clay begins to listen to the number three in which this Hannah
says that the third reason for which he committed suicide was a list throws for his
best friend Alex. Alex makes a list, in it says that Hannah has the best ass, that
makes more rumors start about her, start a mockery of her and begin to feel bad
about herself. Olivia Hannah's mom goes to school trying to figure out what
Hannah was like at school, if she ever needs help or is mistreated by her
classmates, when she walks into the bathroom, Olivia notices that the insults are
written on the Hannah walls. The clay goes to the store that Hannah used to go to
buy sweets, at which point she was in the store at this Bryce and buys her a beer
and leaves, when the clay sale from the store threw the beer, Los Friends of Bryce
and force him to drink a big beer or he was going to get hit

CHAPTER FOUR

In this chapter Clay begins listening to cassett number 4 where he says that the
fourth reason was that he had a stalker. The address on the map leads Clay to
Tyler's house, as the "harassed" Hannah tells Courtney that she felt someone
spying outside her house, they decide to set her up at night to find out who she is.

At night Courtney stays at Hannah's house, they start drinking and getting upset,
Courtney challenges Hannah to kiss her, Tyler takes a photo kissing, Tyler decides
to get the picture all over the school. Clay arrives at Hannah's house and Oliva
invites him to come and talk about her daughter, she wanted to know if he was her
friend, if she had other friends, how she was in school and if they treated her badly.

Clay, after learning that Tyler sent the picture through school, decides to take
revenge and do the same to him, Clay takes a naked photo to Tyler and to
expanse it by the school.
CHAPTER FIVE

In this chapter Clay begins to listen to cassett 5 and in it is Hannah says that when
he thought to have a friend this betrayed by not ruin his reputation. The school
organizes a dance, Clay and Hannah, during the dance they approach Courtney
and she does not know that she was the one from the rumors photo said about
Hannah. After they approach Courtney and tell her about the photo she starts to lie
about Hannah so that her reputation does not ruin her and apart they do not
discover that she is gay. Then this clay decides to take revenge on all that this
Hannah names in the cassetts. Clay tells Courtney that he needs to talk, Clay
decides to take Courtney to the cemetery where Hannah's body is, given that she
was to blame for Hannah's death, to start those rumors about Hannah. Justin, Alex
and Zach take a clay to take a high-speed spin to threaten him and tell him that he
was well after what he did after hearing this Hannah had recorded in the cassetts.

CHAPTER SIX

In this chapter this Clay begins to listen the number of cassett 6 where now it says
that the reason was that the boys believed that it was an easy girl especially
Marcus. Hannah decide to make her Valentine a dollar, and filling it gave the sound
that realizes that describes her friend helmet but at the time of changing her
Valentin for a dollar without selling anyone than she expected, in the list of Marcus
Hannah appears and I decided to invite her to go out and eat, but Marcus really
invited him out because he knew from Rumors that it was easy to "go to bed."

After Hannah is an account of Marcus's intentions, he walks away, he and his

friends leave that place, the only one who returns to Hannah's console is Zach, he
was "in love" with her. Alex fights with another student for almost running over him,
the council of honor decides to announce an Alex and suspend the other boy.
Shery decides to be with Clay to help with her work, a Clay house to do the job,
after a while Clay is an account that Shery is alone with him, so she does not
believe what Hannah says in Her tape about Him
CHAPTER SEVEN

In this chapter Clay begins to listen to cassett number 7 in which this Hannah says
that the other reason for which this Zach committed suicide. Clay begins to
hallucinate to Hannah, begins to see it by all the parts and that is because it feels
guilty. Zach tried to date Hannah but she turned him down, she thought he did it for
a sort of challenge he made with his teammates to make fun of her. After that,
Hannah realized that Zach intentions were good, he tries to sort things out with
him, but he no longer cares. Hannah writes a letter for her anonymous training
class, the classmates thought it was to draw attention, it was a joke, but it was
actually Hannah's call for help. Clay starts to hallucinate Hannah during the game
of basketball, in the meantime decides to take a break, he finds Zach car and with
his keys hit him "why me?" Zach mother goes to Clay House to claim damage to
his car, there Zach explains to him a clay that he knew the letter was from Hannah,
and explains that he still had an interest in Hannah.

CHAPTER EIGHT

In this chapter it is from when Clay hears the cassett 8 where he says of when he
got into a kind of poetry course. Hannah enters a group of poetry, in that group he
meets a boy from his school, asks this boy to help him teach him how to write a
good poem, after several days he decides to write a poem. And he asks for help
from the boy who goes to his school and is his age. This boy suggests that he
publish it in the school magazine, she refuses and steals the poem, publishes it
and the whole school starts to laugh at Hannah for writing that type of poem. Clay
asks Tony how he knows what happened to Hannah, he tells him that he cannot
tell him, he takes him to climb, after climbing Tony tells him the truth, he says he
was the day Hannah committed suicide, that he Have to Keep listening to the tapes
so you can understand what's going on.

Clay finds the magazine where Hannah's poem was published and decides to take
it to her parents, Olivia thinks that would be a test to continue the demand for
school bullying.
CHAPTER NINE

In this chapter Clay begins to listen to cassett 9 where Hannah says he saw how
they raped one of his best friends. Early in the summer, Hannah feels it's time for a
change, to cut back with the past and leave everything behind, decide to cut her
hair, to start as a totally different person. At Jessica's party, Hannah talks to Clay,
after drinking and chatting for a while they get up to Jessica's room, then Hannah
gets upset with Clay and starts to feel bad for drinking so much, Jessica and Justin
enter Jessica's room and Hannah looks at what happened. Hannah looks as Bryce
abuses Jessica, Justin tries to stop Bryce, but feels powerless, thought it was
Bryce's because they are friends. Marcus talks to Clay and tries to convince him
that it is better not to talk to anyone about what the tapes say, as it could put them
in trouble, Marcus decides to put marijuana in Clay's backpack to be suspended
and thus have time to think What They are going to do it. Justin tries to convince
Alex that it is better to shut Clay up, that they think I can say what he says on the
tapes. Clay tries to convince Jessica that Bryce abuses her, but she says that
nothing happened, she does not remember because she was an alcoholic, the only
one who knows what happened to Hannah.
CHAPTER TEN

In this chapter Clay listens to the cassette number 10 where Hannah says it is
better to notify the authorities when you do something wrong in the avenues
because you can cause accidents. After the party Shery offers to take Hannah
home, on the way Shery throws a stop sign and decides to leave without notifying
the police, Jeff decides to go for the party beers, back the step where Shery shoots
Stop and did not realize that he had to stop so he crashed into another car and
died. Clay tries to talk to Shery to tell the police that because of her, he says it was
not his fault for Jeff's death, but he does know that throwing the signal was what
caused Jeff's death. Clay decides to go to the home of the man that Jeff crashed to
tell the truth, finds Shery helping the family because he felt guilty and the least he
could do was help them. Later Clay goes with Jeff's parents to tell them that Jeff
was not drunk during the accident, that he had seen him at the party just before
leaving and told him that he was fine, that he had not drunk. Jessica's behavior
changes because she begins to think that what she says in the cassett about when
Bryce abuses her

CHAPTER ELEVEN

In this chapter this Clay begins to listen to cassett that less wanted to hear, his.
When this Clay begins to listen to his cassette, he realizes that he is not there to do
something that caused the death of Hannah, who is there because he had to talk
about him and tell him how things were with him. Justin leaves the house and
arrives at Alex's house to ask if he can spend the night, after a while they go to
Bryce's house because Justin is jealous that Jessica is with Bryce. Clay's teacher
talks to the school's consultant and tells him that he believes the letter asking for
help had been written by Hannah. At the end of listening to his tape Clay realized
that Hannah felt the same as him, she wanted to be by his side, but thought he did
not deserve someone like him. In reviewing Hannah's things her mother finds a list
with the names of the people on the tape, she thinks it is a test of the people who
harassed her daughter.
CHAPTER TWELVE

Hannah's parents call to declare the people listed on the list that Hannah made.
Hannah's parents are late with a payment, Hannah decides to go to the bank to
make another payment but loses money, when she returns home she tells her
parents that she lost it and they get angry with her, Hannah argues with her
parents and leaves to walk, ends at Bryce's party, after everyone leaves Bryce gets
into the pool with Hannah and abuses her. Returning home Hannah begins to
make the list of people who somehow made her commit suicide, and so had the
idea of making the cassetts explaining the reasons why ruined his life. The persons
summoned to declare meet to agree on what they will say in the declaration. Clay
asks Tony for a tape recorder, Clay goes to Bryce's house and has him confess to
Hannah's abuse, but before that he hits Clay. Before declaring Alex begins to feel
guilty and decides to get shot in the head

CHAPTER THIRTEEN

Hannah asks Tony for a tape recorder in which she explains that Justin and
Jessica broke her heart; Alex, Tyler, Courtney and Marcus destroyed their
reputation; Zach and Ryan destroyed his spirit; And Bryce who broke his soul.
Before committing suicide, she goes to the counselor for help, but this seems to
make everything worse and does not seem to give importance to what Hannah told
her. The people on the tapes begin to declare and tell everything they know about
Hannah. Clay tells Tony that he recorded Bryce's confession and that they must
decide what to do with the tapes, Clay goes with the counselor and tells him about
the tapes, and that he was also on the tapes, that he was the last person to Listen
to the tapes and find out that he is in the tapes because he did not prevent Hannah
from committing suicide, that it was his decision what would happen to the tapes
and if they would accuse Bryce of having abused her. After finishing taping the
tapes she leaves a box to Tony and the other takes it to the mail, to arrive at its
house decides to go to the tub and to cut the veins. Tony decides to give a copy of
the tapes to the parents of Hannah so that they knew because his daughter had
committed suicide.

1.- What is your opinion about this series?

R.- Because in reality the series is very confusing to me and I say that it can be
improved a lot as it is developing the series

2.- Do you think Hannah made a good choice? why?

R.- Not because he could have consulted more people, mainly his parents and he
could have taken a better decision

3.- If you were Hannah's friend, what would you do before Chapter 12?

R.- If she had still been alive I would support her as a friend of mine, if she had
already died and I would have been one of those who committed suicide and
appeared in the tapes, I would keep her as she wanted

4.- What do you think about each one of the people mentioned those types?

R.- Well not to make the list I say that everyone only thought and themselves and
not in what felt this Hanna with his acts all the chairos

5.- What do you think about teachers?

R.- That they acted well since they did not do anything besides giving the classes
as they should have given their students

6.- What do you think about psychologist?

R.- I seriously would have studied psychology because I did not know what to do
on several occasions

7.-what about her parents?

R.- I think they had a little more contact with their daughter
8.- Give an ideal but real ending to the series

R.- I say that the end would have been much better if they had finished saying the
statements of their friends and told about what was going to happen to the
compulsive rapist
