Introduction

Chipsmore is a home grown Malaysia brand that has be loved by young and old.The delicious

chocolate chips cookie have become known for their generous amount of chocolate chips in

every bite and have taken over and lead the market in the cookie segment. Nowadays, Chipsmore

has come out with vrious flavour such as Original, Hazelnut, and Double Choc, Butter Crunch.

We provide different taste for the public, making these sweet treats a leader in the chocolate-

based segment in a true success story for the local brand.

8 Steps To Develop Effective Marketing Communication For Chipsmore :

1. Identify target audience

Our target audience is FBM students around 300 people. Chipsmore have different flavours such

as original, double choc and hazelnut that can choose by them. It is very suitable for them due to

they are rushing time attend the morning class and not have time to take their breakfast .It is very

convenient for them to eat when they have free time.

2. Set objective

Our company objective is to promote various flavours of chipsmore through sales promotion at

Aimst University. The flavours that we offer are Original, Hazelnut, and Double Choc, and

Butter Crunch.

3. Design communication

Our company would like to create the brand positioning so that the customer know our latest

product. Chipsmore break the origin!

4. Select channel
After design the communication, we select the communication channel in the form of

personal channel. We choose to do sales promotion and events and experiences. By doing

this, we can interact and communicate with our prospect or customers. At the same time,

we can get their feedback in very short time. After we get the feedback from the customer

we may refer it and do the improvement on our product.


5. Establish the budget
Company was estimated to spend some money with RM 65 to decorate our stall and

printing suvey form to do a survey for sales promotion and events to promote our

chipsmore.Sales promotion and the event rental at cafeteria are free.


6. Decide on media mix
The survey form for the event will be using(RM0.05*300)=RM15 and decoration of stall

will be RM50.

We will give the survey form to the consumer to fill up the information and about the product

information what they understand our product. So that we can understand feedback from

consumer about our product strong and weakness compare with other product.
