Program Details

1. All Movies and More Card Cardmembers will receive 4 tickets worth Rs. 250 each at BookMyShow
worth Rs. 1000. The offer can be used in two transactions for maximum discount of Rs. 500 each.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible for these only if :
a. Payment has been received against the Joining Fee
b. At least one transaction has been carried out using the RBL Movies and More Card
within 60 days of receipt of the card
3. Card members failing to make payment against Joining Fee within 30 days of levy of fee or failing
to use the card within 60 days of card setup will not be eligible for the offer
4. The tickets will be available at BookMyShow by selecting Movies and More Welcome offer in the
offers section
5. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the RBL Bank
customers.
6. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
7. The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. RBL Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or
inadequacy of service rendered by BookMyShow for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by
any Cardmembers.
2. RBL Bank Movies and More Cardmembers shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any
form whatsoever in lieu of the Offer being availed. Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for
cash.
3. RBL Bank Movies and More Card Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this
offer. Any participation by the Cardmember shall be voluntary. Cardmembers shall not make any
claim or seek compensation against RBL, even in the event that the Offers are not provided or
provided as described (whether or not such non provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of
BookMyShow or RBL bank)
4. RBL Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or
claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of
BookMyShow to provide or honour the Offer, or benefits or privileges given under the Offer, for any
reason whatsoever.
5. RBL Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of
this Offer at any time without giving any notice.
6. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
the Courts in Mumbai only. The disputes if any shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended up to date).
7. In the event that the Offer, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof is prohibited or
restricted under applicable law, the Offer and/or the terms and conditions (as the case may be)
may be modified to the extent required to comply with the law.
8. Terms & Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution of/derogation to,
the Cardmember Agreement.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher can be combined with any other payment type on BookMyShow.

2. If lost misused, the Voucher(s) cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s)
or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
3. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Winpin Voucher & their use on our website
are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use & BookMyShow's decision will be final in
case of any dispute.
4. BookMyShow may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated
otherwise, the changes will apply to any new BookMyShow Vouchers that are for personal, non-
commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not
be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without
BookMyShow's prior written consent.
