KELTON is an independent company specialising in flow measurement consultancy, auditing,
training and the provision of specialist software. Founded in 1991, the company employs more
than 50 people with 30 consultants who have over 500 man years of experience in the
management, operation and maintenance of flow measurement systems. KELTON has an

Currently service is provided worldwide for; major oil & gas operating companies, gas transmission
& distribution companies, LNG terminal operators and system integrators. Presently, service is
offered from three strategic locations: UK, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
KELTON Flow Measurement Software Applications
FMP.net, the KELTON metering management software solution, comprises applications designed
to meet the tasks required for maintaining measurement systems at a level that is suitable for fiscal
or allocation requirements. This is achieved by the implementation of software, the provision of
adequate training for relevant personnel, the correct level of support, production data analysis,
reporting systems, equipment and procedures.
FLOCALC.net is the KELTON standard calculation package containing the most comprehensive set
of calculations available to flow measurement engineers. This is provided as a stand-alone
application. FLOCALC.net is delivered with FloXL.net which makes the full range of calculations
available from within Microsoft Excel.
KELTON have developed the software application called K-DISP.net and K-Dev.net to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of the whole process of dispensation and deviation request
management. These applications are cloud based enabling access via any PC running a web
browser with internet access and an account ID and password. The applications are currently in use
across the Forties and CATS pipeline systems servicing some 47 production sites.

Accreditation
UKAS Accreditation
KELTON has accreditation for its inspection and auditing services from UKAS, as a
Type C inspection body. This accreditation demonstrates to our customers that
KELTON have the experience, processes and procedures in place for the
inspection and auditing of hydrocarbon measurement and allocation systems
maintaining independence at all stages of the process.

Integrated Management System - QHSE
KELTON operate a Quality Control and Management System in accordance with
ISO 9001:2015, certified by NQA, Certificate No. 9877. This demonstrates
commitment to quality assurance.
The KELTON Environmental Management System is certified to ISO 14001:2015
by NQA, Certificate No. E1572. This demonstrates commitment to the
Environment.
The KELTON Health and Safety Management System is certified to OHSAS
18001:2007 by NQA, Certificate No. H1109. This demonstrates commitment to
Health and Safety.

KELTON, supplier number 10040909, is fully registered as a supplier on the
Achilles First Point Assessment (FPAL) Database for suppliers to the Oil & Gas
Industry for the provision of products and services as detailed in the membership
listing on www.fpal.com.
KELTON, supplier number 020464, is fully registered as a supplier on the Achilles
Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) for the following; Technical Software, Gas
