Throughout my years of school and working within the nutrition field I have obtained a
wide range of proficiencies in food service, nutrition education and most recently
clinical nutrition. My passion, desire to learn and enthusiasm for the nutrition field
have fueled my drive to experience all realms of nutrition. Upon completion of the
Illinois State University Dietetic Internship program and CDR exam, my mission is to be
a leader within the field of dietetics. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I wish to
deliver valuable, science-based nutrition information to individuals and groups in a way
that will encourage healthier lifestyles.
