Remote Area Medical serves un-insured and under-insured people at free clinics throughout the United States.
Services include: Medical, dental, vision, and pet certifications for services.
RAM Volunteer
Participated as a volunteer dental assistant and in blood glucose monitoring station.
Over 1,100 clients received free services in the one weekend event.
Observed educational aspects within the dental college.
Further identified population needs and barriers to basic preventative services.

SUNY Delhi has been delivering a student-centered education in the foothills of the scenic Catskill Mountains
for more than 100 years. An innovative approach to student success by expanding baccalaureate programs and
online platforms has led to record enrollment of more than 3,500 students.
Practicum Instructor
Duties include facilitation of learning for freshman students in long-term care and medical-surgical
settings.
Engaging students in interactive discussions which promote self-reflection regarding client care
experiences.
Emphasis on patient safety, evidence-based practices, and use of informatics are provided within the
hospital and classroom settings.
Students consistently provide positive instructor surveys related to practicum experiences.

O'Connor Hospital Delhi, New York March 2010- Present


O'Connor is designated as a Critical Access Hospital licensed for 16 acute care medical/surgical beds, including
extended care "swing" beds for patients needed additional time and therapy in order to recover from illness or
surgery.
RN Inpatient & Wound Care Manager
Registered Nurse IV on inpatient floor at O'Connor Hospital. Duties include Resource Nurse in charge
of medical/surgical floor, wound care collaboration/tracking in collaboration with physician/nurse
practitioner, and providing holistic client centered care.

injection.

Countryside Care Center Delhi, New York June 2004-March 2009


Countryside Care Center provided long-term care and rehabilitation needs to the residents of Delaware County
and surrounding counties.
