TIME-MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS:
Reflect on what you learned about your time management this week--even compared to previous weeks--and explain any patterns you see in the
time you used this week by answering the following questions. Use the spaces below to answer these questions and write your analysis. You may
have to enlarge the cells if your text is longer than the space allows.
What were key lessons or insights about managing PR that you learned this week and why? ---> A key lesson I learned is delegating tasks. During
the in-class business memo my group sat there for 10 minutes doing nothing.

In what areas did you spend more time than you thought you would and why? ---> I don't think I spent more time on any project this week. I was
able to check the research memo and write the reference page.

In what areas did you spend less time than you thought you would and why? ---> I spent less time working on the research memo. I only needed to
write the references page.

Compared to your past experiences, including other weeks' time sheets, how does your time management this week compare overall? ---> I think I
had excellent time management this week. I wanted to write the reference page for the memo. This week will be dedicated to fixing the memo
before turning it in.

In what ways do you think you worked efficiently and can use those lessons for other work you do to develop high-quality products? ---> I worked
efficiently this week by knowing what I wanted to get done this week. I used the time I worked on the jobs paper as an average time for research
memo.

In what ways do you think you worked inefficiently, and how must you improve your time usage and the quality of your products? ---> I don't think I
worked inefficiently this week. Like I said I completed everything I wanted to get done with the research memo.

Given your answers to the previous questions, how would you better manage yourself and your work during your professional career? ---> A big
theme this week is working ahead. Working ahead allows for calm weeks in the future. I can work ahead with my work projects to have calm weeks
or to spend time polishing them.
