Lesson one Day two

Daily topic: Create a Brochure Social Studies

Objectives: Students will create a brochure on a parish in Louisiana. They will include
the history of the parish, fun facts, and interesting places. Students will then present their
brochure.

Procedures:
Teacher will introduce the lesson by using a Kahoot on Louisiana parishes.
Students will create a brochure using the Microsoft Publisher template provided.

Materials:
Computer
Internet Connection
Microsoft Publisher
Printer

Accommodations for students with: special needs, non-native, and gifted.


Students will be provided extra assistance if needed
