In case of selection of the candidate, out of the Bio-data supplied by us, our service
charges shall be 8.33 % of the annual CTC for all levels.
We are charging an additional 12 % of our service charges towards the Service Tax (As
declared in Union Budget 2012) payable to the Service-Tax department as per Govt.
regulations.
An additional 3% Education Cess on the amount of Service Tax will be charged as per
the Govt. regulations declared in Union Budget 2012.
The company shall be liable to release our service charges just after 30 days of his/her
joining in your organization.
The company is requested to revert in 24 hours for confirming the status of the
candidate, that the candidate has not approached them directly before, and the candidate
is from Career solutions.
Considering the volatile nature of the Industry, we shall be providing you with one
free replacement, if the candidate selected through us leaves your organization within 3
months time of his/her joining.
