Terms:-

Price Basis Ex-Warehouse Shahpur

All other charges such as Octroi if any, Taxes, Transportation,
etc. will be extra at actual.
Excise Duty & cess NIL

MODVAT Excise gate pass would be issued to avail MODVAT benefit

Packing 2.5% extra.

Taxes 2% C.S.T. against Form C (OR) Full Tax (13.5%)

C Forms are accepted subject to receipt of the same within 3

Months from the date of Invoice. In case the C Form is not
received within the stipulated period ,Full Tax amount will be
charged along with an interest of 18% per annum.
Delivery 1-2 weeks if the material is in Ex-stock (OR)15-17 weeks(Ex-
warehouse Shahpur) from the date of receipt of confirmed order
along with the advance.

Payment 50 % advance along with the order and balance against Proforma
invoice before dispatch.
