funding for critical repair of an airman dining facility.
Secured a $58.7M New Mission FY14 F-35 program in a lean year, gaining Nellis (aircraft maintenance equipment, parts
store, fuel cell, aircraft maintenance unit hangar) as well as Hill AMU.
Championed a $20M stake in a FY12 emergency construction program, submitting seven projects at $12.9M and scoring
$1.9M for the Tyndall F-22 Add/Alter Deployment Personnel Center.
Gained $8.6M in funding from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to correct an enforcement action with a fuel pipeline
replacement project.
Established a risk communication team that responded to negative regional television news regarding an off-base tri-
chloroethylene (TCE) crisis affecting 370+ homeowners. Decreased the TCE plume by 45% of its original size through
strategically locating new wells; supported legal and regulatory negotiations/corrective plans for off-base dieldrin/TCE.
Reduced writeups 53% from a 2003 external assessmentsecond best in the Air Combat Command by overhauling the
operations of the Environmental Safety Occupational Health Compliance and Management Program (ESOHCAMP/ISO14001).
