QUARTER 3

Over the course of the year, did your project change and grow into something
unexpected? Describe.
Over the course of the year my main part of my project, the informational dinner turned out as
expected however other parts like hosting a fundraiser fell through. The reason the project fell
through was because of a lack of communication and timing issues with the company that I
would work with to host the fundraiser.

How will you incorporate the final project/product into your presentation? What will be
your visual representation(s) of the work you did throughout this year?
I will incorporate the final project into my presentation by showing various pictures and
brochures that the judges can look at while I present. My visual representation will be pictures
throughout the months of the obstacles I have overcome to reach my final project, the
informational dinner.

What are some of the roadblocks youve encountered in completing your project and
how did you overcome those roadblocks?
Some roadblocks I have encountered while completing my project was a lack of
communication with the YMCA due to vacations and personal time off and timing with other
companies. I overcame those roadblocks by coming up with new ideas that would enhance my
project.
