HENTER SA has been characterized as a company that is concerned with the


satisfaction of its clients in all its aspects and therefore it implements management
indicators that help to identify and evaluate each of the shortcomings and
weaknesses to be strengthened. All this in order to improve the processes and
characterize us as the best manufacturer of double-foil steel doors injected in
polyurethane.
For this to be possible we implement management indicators to evaluate the
production processes, human capital, clients together with a meeting that helps us
determine the levels of satisfaction of our external and external clients.

As we can observe the human capital for henter sa is of utmost importance and for
this reason we have implemented indicators to detect failures that have been
presented and that we must leave since their operation does not affect with the
