a sleep diary on a daily basis with your child can help you
track their sleeping patterns and promote a healthy self-
awareness. On the back of this class newsletter there is an
optional sleep diary for you and your child to utilize!

The Dos of getting a good nights sleep:
School-aged children (6-12) need at least 10-11hrs of
sleep every night
Its beneficial to go to bed at the same time every night
Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet
Read a book or listen to music before bed to relax
