This request is made under the Texas Public Information Act,

Chapter 552, and Texas Government Code, which
guarantees the publics access to information in the custody
of governmental agencies. I respectfully request access to

Audited Financial Statements/budgets from 2006-2017.

Please provide copies of work orders for drainage related

work performed in the city of Victoria from 2006 -2016.

reimbursements paid to the directors of Victoria County
Drainage District #3 from 2006-2017.

Director's Pay Statements from 2006-2016

Please provide copies of Victoria County Drainage District

#3's Notice to Purchaser forms from 2006-2016.

Please provide copies of emails or written correspondence

between Victoria County Drainage District #3 board
members, employees, staff, counsel and city of Victoria staff,
Victoria Mayor Paul Polasek and Victoria Council Members:
Rafael DeLaGarza, III, Josephine Soliz, Jeff Bauknight, Jan
Scott, Dr. Andrew Young and Tom Halepaska from October
2015- March, 7 2017.
