Context of the lesson

This lesson shows different patterns to the student that they know routines of weather. But, with
this lesson they will learn new words instead of routines which is weather patterns. They will lea
that weather pattern are repeats over and over in four periods.

Teaching goal
My goal for students to understand the difference between seasons and weather patterns thoug
the lesson in PowerPoint slides.
Learning objectives

Identify the kinds of weather patterns.


Describe and explain the weather patterns as daily cycle.
Explain the importance of the sun the cycle.

Assumptions about prior learning


I assume that students are able to know that the daily routines like weather have four seasons b
they will faced problems to differ between seasons and weather patterns.

Anticipated problems and possible solutions

Internet might be, out of service, which would prevent the video from playing.

Reflection
This lesson is the first lesson to taught grade two in Sama School. I felt a little bit o
nerves about teaching science and teaching in first time of this TP. My MST and M
Tina, who PD coordinator, were attend the class and I felt some good and started gr
my students and recognize myself to the students. This lesson plan was good trying
uses 5 E's in it and I follows in well. My students were involved with me and the le
during the class. They loved my activities especially sun sticks and got fully enjoye
with activity. Overall, it was great job to teach science lesson with clear objectives
activities and uses new reward system strategy that I like to use boy and girl team t
challenge both teams. Next teaching time, I will prepare more activities in purpose
planner my lesson in better.
