The management of technology and specific environmental technology management from
the scene of a consulting and results for business and educational organizations that have
undergone the same is addressed. It takes as objectives of this work, to demonstrate the
relevance of assumption of cultural paradigm by introducing Environmental and
Technological Management and side or individuals for setting up a holistic model to
understand and explain the attitudes and behaviors, to address the crisis as opportunity, to
apply elements of systemic and participatory approaches in the change model. As research
methods were used the analysis and synthesis, historical and logical analysis, hypothetical,
deductive and systematic approach, survey, scientific observation. The relevance of the
assumption of cultural paradigm by introducing Environmental Technology Organizational
Management as key to minimizing the uncertainty of its implementation in the
organizational culture is demonstrated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR].

RESUMEN ESPAOL
:
Se aborda la gestin de la tecnologa y en especfico a la gestin tecnolgica ambiental
desde el escenario de una consultora y sus resultados para las organizaciones empresariales
y educativas que han sido objeto de la misma. Se toma como objetivos de ste trabajo,
demostrar la pertinencia de asuncin del paradigma cultural al introducir
la Gestin Tecnolgica Ambiental y los secundarios o particulares, de configurar un
modelo holstico que permita comprender y explicar las actitudes y comportamientos,
abordar la crisis en calidad de oportunidad, aplicar elementos de los enfoques sistmico y
participativo en el modelo de Cambio. Como mtodos de investigacin fueron usados el
anlisis y sntesis, anlisis histrico- lgico, enfoque sistmico, hipottico, deductivo,
encuesta, observacin cientfica. Se demuestra la pertinencia de asuncin del paradigma
cultural al introducir la Gestin Tecnolgica Ambiental Organizacional como clave para
minimizar la incertidumbre de su implementacin en la cultura organizacional.
