SUBJECT: Pending Inquiry Reports

As per your kind direction about pending inquiry reports I asked again and again o SC/
RSO to call corresponding staff for haring but some inquiry reports are still in pending due to
not calling the staff timely. Even today SC/ RSO said that inquiry cannot be conducted today
due to different shift timing of the LTV staff.

It is submitted that there is not any sort of delay regarding pending inquiries from the
Undersigned further it is requested to order SC/RSO to work timely and schedule pending
inquiries so to complete the pending job.
