Main Responsibilities-
Reads and interprets wiring diagrams,instrument & mechanical drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing
major repair work.
Responsible in installation, repair, service, troubleshooting, calibrate, functional test of flow / pressure / temperature / level
transmitters, control valves, safety relief valves, MOVs, transducers, temperature element (RTD), thermocouples, sensors, load cell,
vibration probes and monitor in order to maintain continues production.
Perform integrity and pre start checks, verifying that operational and maintenance / modification procedures have been followed.
Supervise the errection & commissioning activities of ASU,s (Nitrogen, Oxygen & Orgon),Instrument Air Compressors & Dryer Units.

cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.
Identify instruments faults and submit requests and requisitions for technical modifications, introduce changes to improve and
correct faulty instruments and control systems.
Keeps records, makes verbal and written reports of work performed.
Lays out, installs and places into service new metering, controlling and recording devices, calibrating as required, may extend or
connect related electrical circuits.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of process control system, smoke and gas detection and alarming system, and various
instruments.

Acadmic & Technical Qualifications:

F.Sc. (Pree - Engineering).
01 Year Course Certificate in Instrumentation & Process Control (IET Multan, Pakistan).
01 Weak Refresher Course Certificate in Industrial Instrumentation & Process Control (Islamabad, Pakistan).
03 Years DAE in Instrumentation Measurement Control (Skills Professional College, Lahore, Pakistan).
Certification in Certified QA/QC Engineer E & I (Arab Institute Dubai, UAE).
