Group Expectations
The group expects effort equivalent to an exemplary grade on the assignment (work for an
A).
This group expects attendance in a majority of these planned meetings unless notified
beforehand.
Each member will contribute a significant and shared portion of the workload.
All members will maintain an open channel of communication thru either GroupMe or cell.
Tuesday and Thursday meeting dates are MANDATORY, certain exclusions apply.
Goals
We hope to get an A on this assignment.
In order to achieve the overall goal of an A, the group will complete all assignments on time
and all assignment requirements will be met.
Method/Conflict Management
During the meetings we will be writing scripts pitches and discussing the roles of each group
member to do on their own time to be an effective group.
All ideas presented by each individual will be evaluated and no ideas will be blatantly
ignored/rejected.
We will make group decisions through group discussions and each decision requires to be
agreed upon by all members.
To address group conflict we will assign roles and duties based on each individual's schedule
and workload.(ie: drafts, submission, appointments etc.)
Group Insurance
All members will adhere to this peer contract and will be subjected to the agreed penalties
below.
Each person will be informed of their individual contribution during the group meetings.
Meeting Group Expectations/Policies
Notify the group members if one is unable to attend a scheduled group meeting with a valid
excuse.
All group members are expected to put in an equal amount of effort and time.
If a member does not meet the expectations, then the remainder of the group will proceed
with the penalties listed below.
Penalties
1st offense will be a verbal warning and be noted in the final evaluation
2nd offense will be referred to the instructor and taken out of the group.
