of India is offering you the latest tech-savvy service through Bank of Indias Star Connect Services through which
you can subscribe to Internet Banking, Tele Banking, SMS Banking and WAP Banking, etc..
In order to facilitate you in availing Bank of Indias Star Connect Internet Services, we enclose your login password
in a secure form. Please note that the password is case sensitive, i.e. a is different from A
IMPORTANT : Never disclose your password to anybody, including Bank official.
To avail the facility kindly follow the following steps -
1) Log on to our Banks Web Site - www.bankofindia.co.in
2) Click on Internet Banking option.
3) Click on the hyper link Star Connect - Retail to proceed with Login to Internet Banking.
4) Please enter your User Id and login Password and to Login to Internet Banking Services.
The brief of the features is as under: *
1) Account Related
Know your Account Balance, Generate Statement of account, Cheque Status, TOD, transfer, etc.
2) Transfer of funds (Transaction Password is required)
Transfer between own accounts. Third party accounts, Schedule a transfer, Query on status of
transfer, Inter Bank Transfers (RTGS/NEFT), etc.
3) Requests
Submit Request, Status of Stop Payment Request as per options available.
4) Options
Modify Password (Login and Transaction), Profile, Display properties. Know your Activity log
5) Mails
Send and receive mails to Relationship Manager.
Pay your taxes online, utility bill payments to MSEB, Hutch, Reliance Infocomm, Airtel, Tata
Indicom, Reliance Energy, LIC, BSES Rajdhani Power, BSES Yamuna Power, Mahanagar Gas Ltd.,
North Delhi Power, Online Ticket Booking, etc. and relax.
6) On Line Payment of Indirect Taxes - Service & Excise Tax/ Direct Tax/ Utility Bill Payment/
Online Shopping payments, etc.
7) You can use your ATM-cum-Debit Card for following activities online by clicking on link Forgot Password
available on login page of internet banking
a] Un-blocking of your login password
b] Reset login password
c] Request new transaction password
