Program Registration
To assist with preparation and administration, customers are required to confirm the names of participants
attending a training program two weeks prior to training. Confirmation may be by letter, fax, or email.

Training Location
The training location will be agreed prior to training. Costs incurred due to the location will be borne by
the customer.

Training Terms and Conditions


The training will be conducted with a maximum of eight participants.

For on-site training:

Customers must provide all necessary facilities including computer and audio visual equipment
Product Training will advise customers of any necessary additional equipment requirements
Each participant must have a client workstation
The training facilities, environment, and equipment must be prepared by the customer prior to the
commencement of the training
The maximum number of participants for the Finance Configuration Training is five (5). The maximum
number of participants in all other training courses is twelve (12).
