PROJECT SUMMARY
McElroy Consulting proposes to technologically renovate the Floripe Medical Group
office space. The modernization includes new computers, printers and software at all
workstations. All staff members will be provided with a private email addresses and
login information. In addition to the new software and hardware, Siobhan will design
and establish an office website to provide patients with practice information such as
office hours, location, services offered and staff biographies.
McElroy Consulting will provide software and technology assessments and training to
all staff. Siohban will establish contracts for Internet Service and webhosting to be
transferred to the Floripe Medical Group upon departure in 2014.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE
McElroy Consulting will deliver and install all new office equipment and software. We
will provide assessment and training to all staff members. We will customize and
publish your office website and assist in webhosting and updates. This proposal also
contains contact and responsibility information for all personnel working through this
renovation. We have outlined a schedule for work to be completed, as well as an
itemized budget.
EQUIPMENT
McElroy Consulting will deliver desktop workstations for the reception area, the health
insurance specialist station, the nurses station, the bookkeepers station, the
managers office and the office of Dr. Floripe (fig 1). Heavy-use LaserJet printers will be
installed for shared use in the reception area and at the nurses station and will be
wirelessly connected to all workstations for easy access. Color InkJet printers will be
installed at the workstations of Joan Crawford, the Office Manager and Dr. Floripe.

SOFTWARE
Aiden will install the following software for all workstation- MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes,
and Medical Office Suite. Additionally, Advanced Billing Software will be installed at the
bookkeepers and health insurance specialists workstation:
PERSONNEL
The office modernization will involve the cooperation of the Floripe Medical Group,
McElroy Consulting, and Skill Path Training. Bellow is a list of personnel and contact

TRAINING
All staff members will receive assessment and training from SkillPath, a highly
recommended McElroy training partner. SkillPath has provided computer and software
training to working professionals for over a decade and we have worked in tandem with
SkillPath trainers for the last 4 years.
WEBSITE
McElroy Consultings web designer Siohban, will design and customize the Floripe
Medical Group website. The elements of the website will include information on the
history and transition of the medical practice from Dr. Seymore Ginsburg; Dr Floripes
education and medical background, staff, office hours, location, and services offered.
