Job Description: Digital Transformation

Department: Multichannel Marketing Reporting to: Head -

Multichannel Marketing

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Digital Transformation role is to ensure that GSKs commercial operating

model of the future is embracing the changes being driven by technological
advances and customer expectations.

Basic qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare is a must, preferably a Marketer who is

passionate about digital and multichannel ways of working:
o Must have innovative personality.
o Must be operationally sound, have good attention to detail and
able to drive projects to conclusion.
o Must have a strong cross functional awareness, good negotiation
skills and be able to clearly articulate and sell the benefits of a
new process/project in order to secure the necessary buy in.
- Experience in working with IT & Governance to select and deploy
digital platforms which provide a great customer experience.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- To accelerate the adoption of MCM strategy for India Business. Enhance

GSK vision to a healthier leader in engaging internal and external
stakeholders via innovative solutions, explicit planning to contribute to
business growth.
- To drive digital innovation within GSK India working closely with Brand
teams across Business Units and thereby ensure GSK India has a
competitive edge in the industry.
- Constant mapping of new technologies and digital medical advances
and potential new solutions that can support the business and our

- To enable the stakeholders to make best informed decisions in relation
to Digital and MCM by providing market and customer insights.
- To support Marketing on the processes defined to develop innovative
digital content and campaigns on regular intervals.
- Understanding the macro shifts in how customers access information
via different digital channels in India and across the globe, predicting
rates of change and relating this back to the business.
- To contribute towards the broader customer relationship strategy in
conjunction with other commercial functions, of which digital/multiple
channel will be key component.
- To work in line with GSK corporate and departmental processes like
Global and Local IT, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory. To liaise with
external vendors and GSK assigned third parties.
- Manage external vendors and internal team for timely execution of
digital initiatives.
- Strong project management and planning skills
