Program license agreement

1. Definitions

License seller: StruProg AB

License buyer: Company

License: PC-program

2. Validity

The program license agreement becomes valid between the seller of the program
and the Company from the date that the program is delivered.

The agreement is only valid for the Company and subsidiaries (owned to a minimum of 50%
by the Company) within the same country as the Company is registered.

The programs can be used for projects abroad if the Company is working in projects where
the Company is the main Contractor of the project.

3. Copyright

The Company has to take into account following:

not transfer, sell or rent the program

not copy the program except for what is said in this agreement
not make own changes or additions to the program
not utilize the program to develop the same or in principle the same
type of program
not decompile the program

4. Responsibility

The use of the program is at the Companys own risk. The license seller takes no
responsibility for any consequence from errors in the program.

5. Number of users/licenses

The license agreement permits the Company to install the program to unlimited
numbers of PC's or to the network within the Company. The program can be installed on

stationary or portable PCs. The program is only in use when it's opened by a user. The
program works without hardlock, but with regard to licenses, the license definition is the
same as if it had a hardlock.

A utilisation factor of 20% is used to decide the required number of licenses for a company.
This means that if a company has 10 potential users of the program, the Company needs
0.20*10= 2 licenses.

The number of users (users that are running the software at the same time) must
not exceed the number of licenses that the Company has.

6. Program maintenance and support

Maintenance and support is free of cost for the first 6 months from delivery of the program.

The support is handled by E-mail and telephone. Its proposed that telephone is used as
first contact and then followed by E-mails.

7. Civil case

Swedish law shall be practised if any dispute occurs between the license seller
and the Company.
