To whom it may concern,

Please excuse my daughter Ethel Mae C. Mangao to your final

Examinations today. She suffered Vulvar Hematoma which is resulted
by the sudden injury happened to her last March 21, 2017 she is still
recovering from the operation and currently admitted to the Philippine
General Hospital in Manila. We apologize for failing to give a medical
certificate as a proof but we will still try our best to present it to you
after her discharge. We are hoping for your kind consideration.
