Project: Bharti Aitel LTD. Bharti project is IBM Indias biggest strategic outsourcing agreement
with the Bharti group. IBM is responsible for delivery of end to end IT services to all Telecom and
Retail ventures of Bharti in India and across Middle East Asia and Africa
Operational responsibility for middleware infrastructure.
Transition of Support of new Applications and Line of Business
Alert analysis of pro-active monitoring and alerts by interpretation of log files, JVM
statistics and garbage collection data and optimizing infrastructure to reduce Operations
load for day to day functions
Provisioning the data analysis to IBM Senior Management for teams performance with
focus for overall Bharti Airtel Project delivery improvement.

Notes/Networks & Windows administrator, I slowly moved towards application server
management for IIS WebServer and then took up a challenging role of Managing IBM WebSphere
5x environments within McKinsey. Thereafter, my role has been concentrated around IBM
WebSphere Application Server and other software platforms & EAI products. Some of highlight of

Overview of Job:
I joined as Network Engineer in Chipsoft and was able to get two promotions and became Team
Leader as management appreciated my work. As a Team Leader responsible for managing
support for Datacenter IT administration, Development and documentation. Coordinate a team of
technical experts in providing 100% uptime to the clients in compliance with ISO standards. I was
responsible for the teams scheduling and planning. The resource management, hardware
management projects planning and training coordination for technical experts.
ICRA Ltd
Responsible for providing support and maintaining the facility management services
for the client on four different locations.
Maintaining and scheduling the team to provide 100% uptime on Domino R5 servers,
Oracle and win 2k servers hosting web sites.
Coordinating the hardware support and vendor management. The entire responsibility
for IT and framing policies for migrations.

router 1700. To implement and enable WAN connectivity through leased and ISDN lines on Cisco
1700 and 1600 series. To regularly work out techniques that help in executing the jobs faster and
better.
Install and maintain IBM 300 GL workstation and IBM Netfinity 5000 server. To implement and
enable WAN connectivity through leased and ISDN lines on Zyxel 128 router based on demand
network.
To provide support to existing clients and new business generation, this included making
presentations, representing the branch at meetings and to the management. Under my term as
an Asst. Branch manager the branch was declared number one in the entire northern region.
