I have enclosed a recent site survey photograph taken at this location for your perusal.

Please be aware that the sign was in fact on the same post as the traffic lights, so if you were observing the
traffic lights then you should have seen the directional arrows.

Road signs indicating that vehicles are required to travel in a particular direction were on display and their
intention is to prevent accidents and maintain the free flow of traffic.

All moving traffic contraventions, enforced by Westminster City Council through the CCTV network, are
based upon the legislation and road signs detailed within the Highway Code, with which drivers should be
familiar.

Whilst I note your comrnents in regards to the information contained on the PCN, please be aware that all
details contained on the PCN are compliant with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all details are
correct.

One still of the vehicle has been taken from the CCTV footage and is included on the PCN. lmages and

Clicking the'Next' option on this page opens a screen requesting the PCN number and vehicle registration.
Entering these details and clicking 'Next' will allow the footage related to the PCN to be viewed.

You must now either pay the PCN or appeal the City Council's decision to the London Tribunals
adjudication service before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date of service of this
notice.

I am able to offer you a further'14 days, from the date of this letter, to pay the PCN at the reduced rate.

Please now make payment of f65.00. This is the discounted rate and the charge will revert to its full
amount of f '130.00 if we do not receive the 50% discounted payment within the specified 14 day period.

the appealform to us.

There is no charge for making an appeal, but the Adjudicator may award costs if you or the City Council
have been wholly unreasonable, frivolous or vexatious.
