Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising out of or in connection to this contract shall be

referred to and arbitrated by the LCIA, under LCIA rules which are
deemed incorporated into this agreement by reference into this clause.

The number of arbitrators shall be three- one appointed by each party

with the third being appointed by the arbitral institution.

The seat/lex arbitri of the arbitration shall be London.

The language of the proceedings shall be English.

The law governing the merits of the arbitration shall be substantive

English Law.

The proceedings and awards shall be confidential and private.

Confidentiality extends to all material information, communicated
orally or in writing, disclosed or made available to the parties and
arbitrators, directly or indirectly.

Submission Agreement
We, the undersigned parties, hereby agree that the following dispute
shall be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance
with the WIPO Arbitration Rules:

The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The place of

disclosed or made available to the parties and arbitrators, directly or
indirectly, through any means of communication.
