Should the vessel call any ports of the countries as listed in the above
/ attached, please ensure compliance wrt the relevant Ballast Water
Management Requirements.

(A) For Vsl's whose Ballast Water Management Plan (BWMP) Index /
Contents includes: Annex 4 - National Ballast Water Management
Requirements, pls file copy of this msg & attachments in the same
accordingly.

(B) For Vsl's other than those mentioned in (A) and whose BWMP is
hardbound, pls make a File : " BWMP - National Ballast Water Management
Requirements" & file copy of this msg & attachments in the same
accordingly.

In view above, Information Sharing Circular Gen/IC/14 dtd 02.09.09 is

cancelled & same to be removed & destroyed from File No. 19C
-Information Sharing Circular, replacing attached updated Content sheet
accordingly

Pls confirm receipt and understanding of this msg & revert in case any
clarifications required with regards to the above.
