The most common reason is the need to connect the idea or ask about
something and joint discussions about something, speaking is
important for children because it helps to develop the skills in
speaking.

often the main reason for not talking is the shying and fear, where
many children are suffering from this problem.

3- What do you think an appropriate sequence of communication

patterns between teacher and students?

in my opinion the communication between the teacher and the student must
have effective communication based on mutual respect.
