Conclusion

As a conclusion, BMES Maintenance Service Sdn Bhd has implemented several

quality infrastructures and innovation in order to achieve their quality objectives in line with
their quality policy. The quality infrastructures that been implement by BMES are ISO 9000
and Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). Meanwhile, quality innovation that has
been implemented is e-Aduan System. We found that this quality practices helps the
organization to achieve their Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This is because it had been
proven that they are officially certified with the Quality Management System Certificate as
they conform to ISO 9001:2008 standards in the scope of provision of comprehensive facility
management services. They are one of the winners for EKSA awards in 2015.

The quality practices that they implement will assures better quality performance of
the organization, it helps in developing an adequate system of communication and
emphasizing the needs of the customer. Thus, the customers needs and expectation can be
fulfilled. The students and staff of UiTM Negeri Sembilan Campus Seremban can run their
matters with the most convenient and favourable condition. We can conclude that the
organization performance has been improved with the help of this infrastructures and
innovation. We are hoping that more quality practices will be implemented by BMES
Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd in the future for the sake of customer satisfaction.
